Greetings! I'm Brandan Oates, a teacher-turned software trainer who's transitioned to the healthcare IT industry and Wisconsin.
As a native Illinoisan, I enjoy the Cubs, Chicago-style hot dogs, and tumultuous weather. I earned my master's degree in Teaching & Learning and my bachelor's degree in Business Education, both from Illinois State University. With a passion for helping others learn how to better use technology, I spent the last 5 years as a middle school business teacher while also working 1 year as a part-time university lecturer.
